This page provides information for our Caravan owners. The Park is open from the 1st of March until the end of October
Bar Points system

Caravan owners qualify for membership of our Bar / Restaurant points system.
Simply give your caravan number when placing your order, all food and drink applies and points can be redeemed at any time.

Please note: The points system is operated as a thank you to our loyal customers but may be withdrawn at anytime. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for purchases at the Bar, any points remaining at the end of a season are lost.

We provide an arrangement of insurance service. Please contact us for a competitive quote.

All our policys expire at the end of September and are invited for renewal at the beginning of September.

Static Caravan hook ups provide a maximum supply of 16 Amps. Owners are expected to take care not to overload or 'trip' their supply. Hook ups can safely  be reset by the owner, also check the consumer unit inside your caravan (mostly inside a bedroom wardrobe)

Electricity is metered, invoiced in September.

Swim Passes
   Passes are available for the season and are valid from the 1st of March until the end of October.
Prices are shown in your Park Fees invoice.
The option of Swim only or Swim/Sauna/Spa is available.
Passes are for named persons only and are non transferable.

Winter Drain service
To protect against frost damage draining of your caravan is necessery. This service is booked by paying the current charge along with your September invoice. It includes a drain off in November and reconnection with testing on your return - seven days notice required.  Please note that if you have central heating in your caravan this is not part of the winter drain service. It is filled with antifreeze and normally requires no action - however we advise antifreeze levels to be checked at 5 year intervals or if there is a doubt of the antifreeze content. Please contact us if you would like your antifreeze tested/topped up (a small charge will apply) Washing machines & Dishwashers are not part of our winter drain service, you will need to make alternative arrangements to protect these appliances.
