Introduction

We strive to ensure all visitors can enjoy the accommodation, amenities and surroundings within Spring Lea. Our aim is to assist you in any way possible and if you require assistance while planning your stay or while you are actually visiting us we will be pleased to help you.

Pre-Arrival

We cater for Touring Caravans, Motor Homes and Tents, Holiday Cottages for hire and privately owned Static Caravans.
We offer telephone and email contact with our customers
Leisure Centre

Entrance is level with no ramps
Access to the upstairs Bar / Restaurant is via staircase
Pool depth is 1.03m to 1.6m and is 15m in length
Pool access is by a 3 step ladder or 4 steps with handrail into the toddler pool followed by one larger step into the main pool
Shower and changing facilities are available

General

The nearest public phone is located in Allonby village (approx 300m)
If the Leisure Centre is closed an emergency telephone is available outside the Park Managers Bungalow (at Park entrance)
Nearest bus stop is 200 metres
Assistance dogs are welcome

Public Areas - General

Tarmac and gravel roads service the Park. Speed limit on the Park is restricted to 8mph
Waste disposal bins are located next to the toilets. The Wheelie bins are 126cm high

Public Areas - Shower, Laundry and Toilet block

The Parks toilet block is centrally located on the Park
The path leading to the toilets is a level concrete path
There are one front loading and two top loading washing machines as well as four front loading dryers
The dish washing sinks are 80cm in height
Tokens for machines are purchased from Leisure Centre Reception

Touring / Camping Pitches

Pitches are all grass
Chemical disposal point is 40cm in height and is located at the toilet block
Water taps and drains are near all pitches
Arrival and Car Parking Facilities

The Leisure Centre Reception area has a tarmac parking area
Once registered at Reception guests will be directed to their accommodation
Holiday Cottages have their own parking. Camping / Touring pitches is at the pitch for the first vehicle - any additional cars on the parking areas adjacent to the toilet block.

In the event that you have purchased a product from us, we will keep your personal information for so long as we are providing you with services, plus 2 years to deal with queries, complaints or legal claims you may have.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may permit selected third-party companies to use your personal information, for the purposes set out in section 3 ‘How we use your personal information’. We work to provide you with information about relevant insurance services. If we intend to pass on your details, we will inform you beforehand and give you an opportunity to object easily through the medium in which we have requested consent. Marketing services will be communicated via email, SMS, letter, telephone, and will be basis on the preferences you select, for example, information relating to; self-catering holidays, touring and camping holidays, pet friendly holidays, holiday home ownership and any special offers at our parks.
We will use your information to help identify, develop or improve products that may be of interest to you. The information will be used to enable us to monitor and analyse our business and carry out market research. This information may be provided to independent external bodies such as governmental departments and agencies to carry out research.

Your data may also be used for other purposes for which you give your permission or where we are permitted to do so by law or it is in the public interest to disclose the information or is otherwise permitted under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We may use your personal information to provide our services more effectively to you. CCTV footage - We use CCTV cameras at some locations on our park for crime prevention and safety or licencing reasons.
