Booking conditions & Rules
All children to be accompanied by an adult, unaccompanied teenagers not accepted
•
Payment in full is required at the time of booking, unpaid bookings are automaticly cancelled - you would need to book again.
•
Bookings are accepted for the party named and are not transferable.
•
Cancellations - provided you give 24hrs notice we refund less a £10 admin fee or if you prefer transfer to another date.
•
Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
•
Please note this pool does not have a lifeguard.
•
No running or horseplay on the pool deck.
•
Feet first down the slide only.
•
No Diving, Bombing/jumping into the pool, entry into the water is by the steps or ladders only.
•
No food/drink in the pool/changing rooms, also customers own food and drink are not to be consumed on the premises.
•
Unaccompanied teenagers not accepted.
•
Use of the Sauna and or Spa is an additional charge, if you have not already done so these can be booked on arrival.
•
The lead party name which appears on the booking acknowledgement agrees to the booking conditions and rules on behalf of all persons of the booking.
•
While the company will do their best to satisfy customer requirements the company at their discretion reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so cancelled.
•
